We all know that Christmas is looming (even if we are in denial), and your starting to think about the magical trip to see the big man himself! I first created this blog back in 2017 and it was so well received I’ve updated it for 2018!
My first piece of advice… if you haven’t already booked your Father Christmas experience, do it now! All the very best experiences sell out very quickly.
Squire’s – Christmas Circus: The Greatest Snowman
Come and join Frosty as he causes mayhem in his quest to become ‘The Greatest Snowman’.
This year Squire’s garden centres are hosting a circus with a chance of the children to meet Father Christmas after exciting acts like;
- Aerial Silks
- Aerial straps
- Chair balancing
- Rolling globe
- Tennis racket juggling

Bocketts farm – highly recommended in social mums groups
Visit Father in his traditional haybarn workshop. There are lots of fun activities including a festive craft corner, fun elf trail, giant snowglobe and over 20 new born baby lambs!

Chessington World of Adventures – Santa’s sleepovers
Why not make it an overnight occasion! Chessington World of Adventures are offering Santa’s Sleepover specials. Celebrate with the Gruffalo and the magical Winter’s trail.

Painshill Park – bookings go live 1st October 2018
If you are looking for an outdoorsy, uncommercialised Father Christmas experience then Painshill Park is the one for you but you have to be quick, it sells out every year and very quickly!
Father Christmas will be waiting for children inside a natural Crystal Grotto. If you haven’t been to Painshill before, it is quite a long walk from the entrance of Painshill to the Grotto so make sure you wrap up warm!

Crockford Bridge Farm – highly recommended in social mums groups

Visit Santa in his cosy cabin nestled in the heart of a real Christmas Tree forest. Crockford Bridge Farm hold a unique walking performance through a real Christmas Tree forest. Story telling with Father Christmas at Fortnums
Suitable for children aged 8-11, during December Father Christmas will be sharing special story-telling sessions at Fortnum and Mason. There’ll be an opportunity for last minute present requests and festive goodie bags to take home.
