Jo B Yoga – Jo B Yoga for Wellbeing

Over a year ago, I started a yoga course for ‘men who don’t do yoga’.
My own experience had shown me that some men I knew were keen to try yoga but were put off by the thought of a mixed group, plus they wanted to be with other beginners.
Since then, the course has attracted all ages from 18 to 75 and mixed levels of fitness. From athletes looking to increase their flexibility to those looking to unwind and de-stress. It has been incredible for me to watch the impact that yoga has had on them and I am keen to attract more ‘non yogis’.
The course lasts for 10 weeks and is aimed at beginners. It is held on Wednesday nights from 8-9.15pm at St Charles Borromeo School Hall, Weybridge (there is parking).
It costs £100 and the men require a mat, block and strap.
