As a London family photographer, I am drawn to the laughter, the closeness and the in-between moments. The way your children lean into you. The way you look at each other when no one else notices. These are the moments that matter and they deserve more than a place on a hard drive.
My work is a balance of beautifully natural connection and refined, timeless portraiture. During your family portrait commission, we create space for movement, warmth and genuine expression, alongside carefully composed images that feel elegant and considered. Whether outdoors in soft natural light or in the comfort of your home, I guide you through the entire process from planning and styling through to the design and installation of your artwork.

HOW IT WORKS – PHOTOSHOOT TO PRODUCT
Each London Family Photography Commission is unique. To ensure I capture truly authentic beautiful imagery for you, I have a proven process that delivers time and time again. No rushing, just joy and memories captured that will be treasured forever.
‘GETTING TO KNOW YOU’ PLANNING SESSION
We get together or arrange an online video call for me to get to know you all before the shoot. I’m there to listen and advise. Providing recommendations for where to have your shoot, what to wear, what colour schemes work well in your home and how to present your images.
BESPOKE PHOTO SHOOT (ON-LOCATION OR AT HOME)
Whether we capture your London family photoshoot at home or outdoors I’ll make sure you all feel relaxed, comfortable and confident in front of the camera. In fact, by the time we are finished you’ll have totally forgotten the camera is there.
IMAGE SELECTION, EDITING AND RETOUCHING.
I carefully select the very best images from your shoot and hand edit each of these and present only the very best. It’s part of my service, as I do all the hard work for you.
From experience, it can be stressful to go through lots of images so I’ll choose a minimum of 40 images for you to choose from. Each unique and all beautifully edited and retouched.
VIEWING, DESIGN AND ORDERING SESSION
Time for you to sit back and enjoy a wonderful slideshow of your images. Just how tiny they are when they first arrive, the laughter, the joy the little things that you’ll treasure when they are grown up. I’m on hand to help select images and design beautiful wall gallery installations, gift prints for family members and to create gorgeous handmade heirloom albums. It’s important that all the decision makers are at this session because this will be the only opportunity to see your images and it is during this session that you will select, design and purchase the images and products you love.
BEAUTIFULLY CRAFTED HEIRLOOM PRODUCTS
It’s so important to me that your family memories are cherished and enjoyed everyday not left on a disk or USB lying in a draw.
Sometimes it’s difficult to know what you might like to do with your images, in our initial consultation I’ll provide you with lots of ideas on how and where you could enjoy and treasure your memories. This might be a beautiful wall art gallery, prints to share with family or an album. Whatever you choose I know you’ll treasure the finished product forever.
As a guide, most clients spend between £3,000 to £10,000 on their products on top of their session fee.

This depends in what you would like to do with your final images. I offer a range of a la carte products as well as carefully selected packages that suit a wide range of budgets. As a guide, most clients spend between £1,000 to £4,000 on their products on top of their session fee.
I’m passionate about families being able to enjoy their memories everyday and delivering beautifully crafted finished products but you can purchase a complete set of digital files from your session.
I carefully select the very best images from your shoot and hand edit each of these and will present a minimum of 40 images for you to choose from.
Part of my service is the time to review every image I capture. I will take a lot of images during your family photoshoot and lots of those images you wouldn’t actually want to see.
I do all the hard work for you so that you can sit back and enjoy each unique memory captured rather than going through lots of different versions of the same images.
We organise a very special viewing session where you get to put your feet up and get to see all your wonderful images. During this session you will get the opportunity to purchase your bespoke products.
Most of my clients love getting out in the great outdoors, there is something special about capturing your memories with beautiful natural backgrounds. It also provides a wonderful opportunity to spend quality time together as a family. The most important thing when deciding on location, is choosing somewhere you are all at your happiest! I can travel to any location within a five mile radius which is included in the session fee. If your happy place is a little bit further afield that’s no problem either, I’ll just need to include some additional travel expenses.
Being a mum of two very lively young boys, I absolutely expect them too!
Be assured it won’t be a problem. My focus on the day is the children and connecting with them. They’ll actually be leading the shoot (not that I would ever tell them that), I’ll be working round them and it’s my job to capture their imagination and their personalities. I also have lots of little tricks that work a treat!
If it is chilly or light rain then we’ll put on a few layers. The light can be amazing just after a rain shower and you’d be delighted with the results! If it is heavy rain, foggy or very windy then we’ll come up with another solution! This can be moving the shoot to your home, but if your hearts desire is an outdoor shoot then I’ll be in touch the day before to discuss options.
My family photoshoots usually last between 60-90 minutes. My photoshoots are about your family and the emphasis is on you all having fun and relaxing.
